Indian actress Aarti Chabria initially worked as a model prior to acting. In 2001, she made her film debut in the Hindi movie Lajja. She appeared in more Hindi films after this, including Awara Paagal Deewana, Tumse Achcha Kaun Hai, and Raja Bhaiya. Later in 2003, she made her Telugu debut in the film Okariki Okaru, followed by another Telugu film, Intlo Srimathi Veedhilo Kumari. She also ventured into Kannada cinema with Aham Premasmi.

She continued her prolific career in the movies with roles in Bollywood. Some of these are Shaadi No. 1, Teesri Aankh: The Hidden Camera, and Shootout At Lokhandwala. She also had special appearances in some films. In 2008, she had performances in the Telugu films Chintakayala Ravi and Chintakayala Ravi.

She then returned to Hindi cinema with Daddy Cool, Toss, Kisse Pyaar Karoon, Milenge Milenge, and Dus Tola. On television, she joined the reality series Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi in its fourth season and won. She also competed in the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa in its sixth season. She went on to star in the horror series Darr Sabko Lagta Hai.

Aarti Chabria follows a clean diet plan. “My diet I start my day with two glasses of warm water, 30 ml aloe vera juice shot,” said the actress. Getting candid about her eating habits, she shared: “For breakfast I have cornflakes/muesli with milk, an egg (either boiled scrambled or omelette), any one fruit. For lunch I have some dal, vegetable, roti and curd and for dinner I have soup, chicken and some salad.”

She also snacks in between meals but she also prefers her snacks to be nutritious. “In between lunch and dinner I snack on a brown bread sandwich and a glass of juice,” she said. The actress is also not into strict dieting so she never starves herself for the sake of losing weight.
