Bollywood actress Urvashi Rautela had her career beginnings in the 2010s. In 2013, she made her acting debut in the Hindi film Singh Saab the Great. She was nominated for Best Female Debut at the Screen Awards for her work here. She next appeared in the Kannada film Mr. Airavata in 2015. She was also noticed for her performance here, earning a Best Debut Actress (Kannada) nomination at the 5th South Indian International Movie Awards. That same year, she had a special appearance in the film Bhaag Johnny.

She went on to appear in the Hindi films Sanam Re and Great Grand Masti. In 2017, the actress had special performances in the feature films Kaabil and Porobashinee, the latter of which marked her debut in the Bengali cinema. She became further known for starring in the Bollywood films Hate Story 4 and Pagalpanti. This year, she starred in the film Virgin Bhanupriya. In addition to her work in the movies, Rautela has also performed in music videos and web series.

In an interview, Urvashi Rautela got candid about her diet plan. “When it comes to diet, I feel one should try them all, and figure out what suits them the best. I have tried various diets, keto works well for me, and so does a protein-rich diet,” said the actress. While she gets health conscious when it comes to her diet, she’s also not into strict dieting. She doesn’t want to deprive herself of food. “But, I don’t refrain from anything. Although I am not a big fan of junk food, I have it once in a while. Besides, I am very fond of seasonal fruits. Presently, it’s strawberry and guava. I can’t have enough of them,” she shared.
