Trilby Glover was born in Perth, Australia. In 2005, she made her acting debut in the movie Son of the Mask. She next made her television debut on I Got a Rocket!. She also had a recurring role on the TV series The Starter Wife. She next appeared in the films 88 Minutes and The Course, both released in 2007.

From 2008 to 2009, she appeared on the TV series Crash. She went on to appear in the movie Righteous Kill in 2008. She continued her acting career in the 2010s. She appeared in the movie William and Kate, followed by the film And Then There Was You. Her most recent appearance was in an episode of Scream Queens.
