Sharon Case Diet Plan

Sharon Case

Hollywood star Sharon Case debuted as Dawn Winthrop in General Hospital in 1989. She played the said role until the following year. Afterward, she appeared in an episode of Doogie Howser, M.D. She then made her first movie appearance in Diplomatic Immunity. Case had 2-episode roles on the TV shows Beverly Hills, 90210 and Parker Lewis Can’t Lose. She also guest-starred on Cheers and Silk Stalkings before landing the part of Debbie Simon in the soap opera As the World Turns.

It was, however, her role as Sharon Newman in the soap opera The Young and the Restless that gained her wider recognition. She’s been part of the show’s main cast from 1994 until the present. Her performance on the soap also earned her Daytime and Soap Opera Digest nominations. Simultaneously, she starred as Anne Welles on Valley of the Dolls.

Case went on to appear in the 1997 movie Breast Men. She didn’t have any more work after that, other than her regular stint on The Young and the Restless. In the 2000s, she sought other works by starring as Lisa on the web series Poor Paul. Then the 2010s — during this period the actress appeared as herself on Hell’s Kitchen. She also starred in the Hallmark TV film Dad’s Home.

The soap opera star is already nearing her 50s, which is why she’s been more cautious of what she eats now more than ever. Judging from the glow of her skin, Case eats plenty of fruits and vegetables. These are a crucial part of her diet plan because they’re delicious and can make her feel full for longer. When she’s not busy, she prefers to prepare her own meals so as to maximise their nutritional value. In betweem meals, she relies on nuts and protein shakes to keep her energy levels high throughout the day.
