Canadian star Serinda Swan had her career beginnings in the mid-2000s. Her debut was in the movie Neal ‘n’ Nikki. She next made her first TV appearance on Supernatural. She went on to star in the TV movies Loch Ness Terror, Hostile Makeover, and Trust. Her next gig was as Zatanna Zatara on Smallville. In the 2010s, she gained recognition for her role as Erica Reed on the TV series Breakout Kings. She then joined the main cast of Graceland as Paige Arkin. This year, she portrayed Medusa on the new series Inhumans. She also appeared as Chloe in 6 episodes of Ballers. During the same period, she has also appeared in the films Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief, Recoil, Creature, The Baytown Outlaws, Jinn, and The Veil.

The 33-year-old actress stays in shape by trying to lead a healthy lifestyle. For one, she’s a vegetarian. She said in an interview that it’s her way of practicing beauty and health inside out. She said: “As for diet? I’m a vegetarian who tries to avoid dairy at all cost!” When asked what’s always around her food supply, she answered: “I always have tons of vegetables, like absolute tons. I have this large ceramic bowl that I fill with herbs and collard greens, peppers, and carrots; it is basically a farmers market. Then, I have Juice Served Here coconut milk ‘Cream Party’ and a huge jug of cold brew.”

When asked what her ideal food day is, she said: “I would start it off with my favorite soft scrambled eggs with a side of avocado from Croft Alley (and extra tomato toast, I don’t know why, but it’s the best toast in the world to me). Then, for lunch, I would do a huge salad of fresh lettuces and herbs, the ones my mother makes for me, and for dinner I would take any of the pasta dishes I ate while in Italy…. they were the best!”
