Scott William Winters is an American actor. His acting career started in the mid-1990s, debuting in the film The People vs. Larry Flynt. After this, he appeared as Clark in the film Good Will Hunting. After guest roles on television, he became known for starring as Cyril O’Reily in the TV series Oz. Following this, he starred as Senior Deputy Matt Jablonski in the TV show 10-8: Officers on Duty, as well as played Detective Stan Hatcher in NYPD Blue. He went on to play recurring character Agent Samuels in 24. In the 2010s, he had performances in some films, including Five Minarets in New York, Urgency, The Sublime and Beautiful, and Sweet Lorraine. Also, he starred as Rafaele Riario-Sansoni in the TV series Borgia and played Westley Clark in NCIS.
