Rose Rollins Workout Routine

Rose Rollins

Rose Rollins made her acting debut in the early 1990s. Her first role was as Suzanne in 2 episodes of The West Wing. Later in 2002, she made her cinematic debut in the film 13 Moons. That same year, she starred in the movie Undisputed. She later guest-starred in an episode of Dr. Vegas and played Victoria in some episodes of In Justice.

During this period, she had a small role in the film Something New, as well as played the part of Ellie in the movie Mission: Impossible III. She next starred in the independent film Blind Man. Rollins later rose to fame for her role as Tasha Williams in the television series The L Word. Following this, she guest-starred in CSI: NY and Miami Medical. She went on to star as Daisy Ogbaa in the NBC series Chase, which aired from 2010 to 2011.

After it was cancelled, she guest-starred in Southland, NCIS, and Nikita. Back in the movies, she had performances in the films Girltrash: All Night Long and Pixels. In 2015, she played recurring character Detective Kizmin Rider in the Prime Video series Bosch. After this, she starred as Valerie Anderson in the ABC show The Catch. This year, Rollins played the role of Eva Piper in the thriller series Condor.

Rose Rollins sticks to a healthy diet plan and keeps a workout routine to stay fit. While she’s normally active as far as her exercise regimen is concerned, she gets to further train for her roles on film and television. This gives her more challenge when trying out new exercises.

For instance, she needed to work out 3-4 times a week while starring in The L Word. She also had to perform some boxing scenes in the show, which only meant she needed to learn that as well. She even learned how to ride a motorcycle!
