Indian actress Prachi Desai first came to prominence on the small screen after landing the lead on Ekta Kapoor’s drama series Kasamh Se. The said show aired on television from 2006 to 2008. Subsequently, she made her cinematic debut in Rock On!!. She next starred in Bollywood’s Life Partner. She gained further recognition for her role in the Hindi feature Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai. In this film, she starred alongside Ajay Devgan, Emraan Hashmi, and Kangana Ranaut. Her acting career flourished in the 2010s. During this period, she starred in the films Teri Meri Kahaani, I, Me Aur Main, and Policegiri. In 2016, she starred in two movies: Azhar and Rock On 2.

The 29-year-old actress maintains her curvaceous and fit body by eating healthy and working out regularly. Being in the show business, she knows she needs to be fit and healthy to be able to work as an actress more effectively. Keeping in shape is part of being an actress. She said: “With the kind of lives we lead, we always need to take care of ourselves.” So, how does the beautiful actress maintain her healthy body? What are her secrets? There are no secrets, really. Prachi just keeps it simple with her exercises.

In an interview, she said: “There are a few things that I always follow. I have to do any form of exercise. If I dont have a gym on my outdoor schedules, I simply go for a long walk — it works wonders for you. Apart from exercises I keep a check on my diet and the my food intake. Lastly, the importance of beauty sleep cannot be ignored, though I can’t always sleep early.” She also doesn’t stick to specific workout practices, saying: “My workout pattern over the years has changed a lot. I initially did weights, but I realised it didn’t suit my body type as I started looking more muscular. So I shifted to cardio and freehand exercises. Also, whenever I have some time I practice yoga as it has a lot of health benefits.”
