Prachi Desai Diet Plan


Bollywood actress Prachi Desai entered the acting industry in the mid 2000s. Her acting debut was on the TV serial Kasamh Se. She played the lead on the show, gaining her recognition. She also won many Indian Telly Awards for her work on the serial. Afterwards, she began her film career with her debut in Rock On!!. This got her a Filmfare nomination for Best Female Debut. Her performance in Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai made her more successful. She was then nominated for the Best Supporting Actress at the Filmfare. She recently starred in Azhar, as well as in Rock On!! 2.

The beautiful actress stays fit and healthy by making sure that she mostly eats nutritious foods. While the actress admits to being very busy to have specific diet plans, she said she takes care of herself by eating healthy. Aside from hitting the gym whenever she can, she sticks to foods that are nutritious. Instead of eating three times a day, the actress divides her meals into smaller meals. She mostly eats salads, soups, grilled chicken and fruits. This way she gets enough proteins, complex carbs and antioxidants to keep her fit and healthy.

In an interview, the pretty actress said: “For me, healthy skin is beautiful skin. Taking care of your skin, having a positive attitude, and sticking to a healthy diet go a long way in defining your appearance. I believe that the key to looking good lies within you. If you are happy and at peace with yourself, the glow is bound to show.” She also believes that being beautiful means to have a healthy mind and a healthy body, which she can only achieve by eating right and living healthy. She also drinks 3-4 liters of water everyday and even coconut water for a healthier skin.
