Hollywood actress Natalie Zea began acting in the mid ’90s. During this time, she mostly appeared in independent films. In the 2000s, she started her TV career with mostly guest roles as she was just starting. Her first regular role was as Gwen Hotchkiss Winthrop on the TV show Passions. She next appeared as recurring character Lauren Riley on The Shield. She next joined the main cast of the short-lived series Eyes. Later, she landed the role of Karen Darling on Dirty Sexy Money. She next appeared as Jemma on HBO’s Hung. In the 2010s, she had notable roles on high-profile shows, such as Californication, Justified, and Under the Dome. She then became further known for her role as Claire Matthews on The Following. As of 2016, she stars as Robin Randall on The Detour.

The actress, despite being in her 40s, remains slender. She even has a toned figure. This is because she takes care of her healthy through proper nutrition and exercise. Plus, her work as an actress keeps her pretty much active all day long, too. As for her eating habits, she said she’s not too strict when it comes to food choices. In an interview, she shared what her cheat food is, which is cheese. She even shared how eating lots of cheese resulted to her gaining 10-15 pounds.

She also shares her love of wine, saying: “Um, I think I’ve settled into white wine territory. If I’m gonna have a cocktail I love me a good Hendricks martini. I go big or go home. Or white wine.” Generally, Natalie loves her some fruits, veggies, lean proteins, and whole grains. She eats regularly and she always incorporates vegetables and fruits into her meals. She also practices portion control. This allows her to eat anything she fancies without compromising her weight because she only does so in moderation.
