Hollywood actress Michelle Monaghan got her career beginnings in the 2000s. After her acting gigs in the films Perfume and Unfaithful, she had her first notable role as Kimberly Woods on the TV series Boston Public. After this, she focused on acting in the movies. During the 2000s, she had notable roles in the films The Bourne Supremacy, Mr. & Mrs. Smith and became further known for her role in Kiss Kiss Bang Bang. She then gained wider recognition for playing Tom Cruise’s love interest in Mission: Impossible III. Since then, she has starred as the female lead in the movies Gone Baby Gone and The Heartbreak Kid. She also starred in the romantic comedy Made of Honor and starred opposite Shia LaBeouf in Eagle Eye. In the 2010s, she starred in Due Date, Source Code, Machine Gun Preacher, and The Best of Me. She’s also known for her role as Maggie Hart on HBO’s True Detective. As of 2016, she stars as Sarah Lane on the Hulu series The Path.

She may be in her 40s, but it is obvious that the actress remains slender and ravishing. Surely, this has something to do with her healthy lifestyle. Not only does Michelle practice proper nutrition, she also lives an active life by working out. This is the reason why the actress manages to maintain her lean and toned figure. This is despite being a mother to two kids and being a full-time actress. Working out actually helps her gain more energy that makes it easier for her to accomplish her daily tasks without feeling so exhausted. Regular exercises have since helped her improve the quality of her life.

In an interview, Michelle dished about her active lifestyle. She said: “Soulcycle is my religion! I started working out after I had my first daughter and I’ve really taken to it. I’m in better shape now than I was in my 20s!” Her regimen every week consists of spin classes, hiking, and jogging, which she does alternately. She added: “I try to do something for at least 30 minutes every day, even if it’s just going on a walk with my daughter.”
