Biography:

Michaela McManus was born on May 20, 1983 in Warwick, Kent County, Rhode Island, U.S. She attended Fordham University and went on to study at NYU for its graduate acting program. She left to move to Los Angeles and start an acting career. She debuted as Lindsey Strauss on The CW series One Tree Hill.

Afterward, she secured the part of A.D.A. Kim Greylek on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, playing the role from 2008-2009. In 2011, she made her film debut in About Fifty. She also played recurring character Jules on The Vampire Diaries. Other movie roles include Funeral Kings and Into the Grizzly Maze. Recently, she also played Alana Hayes on the CBS show SEAL Team.
