Malin Åkerman

Malin Åkerman is a Swedish Canadian actress, as well as a singer and model. She started her acting career in Canada. Her first notable role was in the comedy series The Comeback and in the comedy film Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle. She then landed a starring role in the romantic comedy The Heartbreak Kid and played a supporting character in 27 Dresses. She ultimately got mainstream prominence, thanks to her starring performance in Watchmen. Malin has since had starring roles in the movies Couples Retreat, Wanderlust, and Rock of Ages. Back on television, she is also best known for starring in the Canadian series Childrens Hospital. More recently, she was the star of the short-lived comedy series Trophy Wife. She now stars on the new TV series Billions.

There’s no doubt that Malin is highly attractive, from her ferociously beautiful face to her rocking body. Surprisingly, the actress nears her 40s and she’s also a mother to one kid, and it’s amazing how she keeps in shape. Apparently, the actress is cautious when it comes to her diet, but Malin is not only a healthy eater, she also believes in the importance of regular workouts to keep fit and healthy.

In an interview about her lifestyle, the actress was noted for saying that “she tries to be active while having fun”. She said she likes to go hiking. She also likes to go on evening walks. Other than these simple activities, which are also considered as exercises, Malin practices SoulCycle and Pilates classes when she has some spare time. She also thinks that changing her workout routine regularly as it delivers greater results. She said further: “Always shock your body. Keep your muscles guessing. If you always do the same workout your muscles will plateau. As a result, I’m always changing up my exercise routine. I’ve tried everything from dance classes to yoga.”
