Makenzie Leigh was born on August 8, 1990 in Dallas, Texas, USA. She attended New York University where she got into acting. In 2011, she made her television debut in an episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. She next had her first film role in 2012’s Girls Against Boys. In 2013, she played Young Vivian in 3 episodes of Deception.

At the same time, she had guest appearances in The Good Wife and Unforgettable. Afterward, she had a recurring role as Liza in Gotham. After a guest role in Mozart in the Jungle, she starred as Connie in the short-lived series The Slap. She has also had roles in the films James White and Billy Lynn’s Long Halftime Walk.
