Lily-Rose Depp Workout Routine

Lily-Rose Depp

Johnny Depp’s daughter Lily-Rose Depp first debuted in the 2014 movie Tusk. There, she made a cameo appearance. Afterward, she appeared in the music video of Rejjie Snow’s single “All Around the World”. Depp then reprised her role as Colleen in the spin-off Yoga Hosers, which was released in 2016. Also that same year, she portrayed notable dancer Isadora Duncan in the French biographical film The Dancer. Subsequently, she starred alongside Natalie Portman in the movie Planetarium.

In 2018, she starred in the French film Les Fauves. That same year, she played the role of Eve in the romantic comedy film A Faithful Man. Depp was then chosen to portray Catherine of Valois in the upcoming movie The King. In this film, she’ll star alongside Timothée Chalamet and Robert Pattinson. She landed a supporting role in the upcoming Belgian-Canadian thriller movie Dreamland starring alongside Gary Oldman, Armie Hammer, and Evangeline Lilly. Another project she has in the works is her reprisal of the role of Colleen Collette in the upcoming Tusk and Yoga Hosers sequel Moose Jaws.

Only in her early 20s, the French-American star is already health conscious. She keeps her body fit and slender by working out. Of course, she prefers exercises that she enjoys. That’s why she’s more likely to head outdoors rather than stay indoors for some gym time. “I actually do love working out. It makes me feel happy – it releases endorphins and makes you feel good. I like to walk places as much as I can and keep active,” said Depp.

“But in terms of workout classes and things like that, I get bored really easily so I definitely like the faster, dancey ones. It’s good to get your blood pumping. I think if you’re having a bad day, go and run around or walk around! I think it makes you feel better.”
