Leslie Bibb Diet Plan

Leslie Bibb

Hollywood actress Leslie Bibb began her acting career some time in the 1990s. During her career beginnings, she appeared as a guest star on multiple TV shows. She had also acted in some films playing minor roles. Her first significant role was on The Big Easy. She then became known for her starring role as Brooke McQueen on the TV show Popular. In the 2000s, she had notable roles on the shows ER, Line of Fire, and Crossing Jordan. In the 2010s, she starred as Meegan Eckhart on the TV show The League. Her first lead role was as Amanda Vaughn on the short-lived show GCB. She went on to play the lead on the show Salem Rogers: Model of the Year 1998. On the big screen she’s made remarkable roles on Iron Man, Confessions of a Shopaholic, Iron Man 2, and Don Verdean, among others.

The 43-year-old actress remains in her best self despite aging. She does this by watching what she eats. For one, she’s settled on removing gluten from her diet. In an interview, she said: “Yes. I go gluten free. Gluten doesn’t sit well with me.” The reason for this? “No. I don’t have celiac disease but I definitely have an intolerance or sensitivity to gluten. My bad reaction to gluten is something that’s been happening over many years. I finally found out it’s what’s made me sick my whole life. In the last two years, I’ve given it up. Being gluten free has changed my life,” she explained.

Now that she’s cut out gluten from her diet, she feels so much better. What’s her usual diet now? She said: “My nutritional staples would be Kombucha tea—I love it. I’m really into juicing and try to juice every day when I’m home. So you’d find fresh kale, fresh spinach, cucumbers, green apples, ginger…anything that I can put into an all-green juice. I go to the farmers’ market and I always have a lot of vegetables in my fridge. Eggs. Gluten-free tortillas. Avocadoes. I like whole foods. I love to cook simple whole foods. This morning, I made myself some scrambled eggs with a piece of gluten-free bread.”
