Lauren Ambrose Diet Plan

Lauren Ambrose

Hollywood star Lauren Ambrose had her career beginnings in the early ’90s. During her early years, she had appearances on the television shows Law & Order, The State, and Party of Five. In 1997, she made her big screen debut in the film In & Out. She next starred as Denise Fleming in the teen comedy film Can’t Hardly Wait and appeared as Tami in the movie Summertime’s Calling Me. In the 2000s, she starred in the movies Swimming and Psycho Beach Party. She then gained mainstream recognition after getting the role of Claire Fisher on the HBO series Six Feet Under, a role she played from 2001 to 2005.

Her performance on the show got her nominations for Outstanding Supporting Actress at the Emmys twice. Following the show’s finale, she starred in the movies Diggers, Starting Out in the Evening, A Dog Year, Cold Souls, and The Other Woman. She also played Coco Tompkins on the sitcom The Return of Jezebel James. Continuing her career in the 2010s, she appeared as Jilly Kitzinger on the British show Torchwood: Miracle Day. She went on to star as Debbie Morgan on USA Network series Dig. Her most recent work on television was as Special Agent Liz Einstein on The X-Files. In the movies, her latest performances were in 2012’s Sleepwalk with Me and Wanderlust.

The 40-year-old actress stays in shape by following a clean diet plan. Naturally, she eats well-rounded foods to keep her body fit and healthy. Eating a balanced diet also helps her a great deal to feel good from the inside and out. She also attributes her slender physique to her acting performances, especially on stage. After giving birth to her first child, she credited her weight loss to doing a play. “I lost weight because I did a play,” said the actress. “Honestly, doing Shakespeare – especially Juliet – is like running a marathon every night.”
