Kimberly Caldwell was born on February 25, 1982 in Katy, Texas, USA. She first came to public attention when she placed seventh in American Idol’s second season.

Following her stint in American Idol, she worked as a correspondent for the entertainment/extreme sports program 54321 in FOX Sports Network. In 2008, she released two singles, “Fear of Flying” and “Gave Yourself Away”.
