Kelly Rowan Diet Plan

Kelly Rowan

Hollywood star Kelly Rowan professionally started her career in 1984. She debuted in an episode of the show Hangin’ In. Her next role was on the TV movie The Truth About Alex. In 1985, she made her film debut in My Pet Monster, followed by the film The Gate. During the ’90s, she had roles in the films Hook and Candyman: Farewell to the Flesh. Her first notable role was as Jennifer in the action film Assassins.

Afterward, she starred in One Eight Seven and Three to Tango. She also starred as Mattie Shaw on the American series Lonesome Dove: The Outlaw Years. Following this, she starred on the TV film A Match Made in Heaven. In the 2000s, she played Marian McNorris on Boomtown. She then gained wider recognition for her role as Kirsten Cohen on The O.C. After the series ended, she starred in the movie Jack and Jill vs. the World. In the 2010s, she became known for her role as Natalie Vincent on the TNT series Perception with the show airing for three seasons.

It’s no surprise why Rowan looks youthful despite being in her 50s — she follows a clean diet plan by mostly consuming organic foods. “I don’t eat any refined carbohydrates. I eat sprouted rice, I eat raw meat… nothing processed,” she said in an interview. She also revealed that she’s been sticking to this eating lifestyle for more than a decade. She went on to say:

“I’ve been doing it for 12 years and I’ve never been sick. I eat raw dairy; anything the body can assimilate. It’s great, ’cause you don’t feel like you’re on a diet. I get so angry that women always feel that they’re on some kind of diet because as soon as that happens you feel like you’re in deprivation mode.” The actress first got into clean eating when she discovered that she has hyperglycemia. What about a guilty pleasure? She revealed: “If I really want a piece of chocolate, which is my weakness, I will have a piece of chocolate.”
