Jennifer Metcalfe was born on September 4, 1983 in Bradford, West Yorkshire, UK. She attended the Scala Kids drama school and has been acting since the age of 12. She attended college and completed a degree in Health and Fitness before pursuing an acting career.
She has appeared in such television shows as Where the Heart Is, My Parents Are Aliens, At Home with the Braithwaites, and Emmerdale.
She gained further prominence when she landed the role of Mercedes McQueen in the popular British soap opera Hollyoaks.
