Hollywood actress Jacqueline MacInnes Wood is originally from Canada. She got her break on television after landing the role of Steffy Forrester on the American soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful. While on the show, she had also ventured on other projects. This includes starring on the TV movies Skyrunners and Turn the Beat Around. She then became known for her role as Olivia Castle in the movie Final Destination 5. This also marked her cinematic debut. She went on to portray Sara Lance on the TV series Arrow’s pilot episode. After her role on The Bold and the Beautiful ended, she became the host of the travel series Party On. She still plays her role as Steffy on The Bold and the Beautiful up to present.

The Canadian star maintains her slender figure by taking care of herself through healthy eating. In an interview, she said that she starts her day “with a protein shake: one banana, one cup of raspberries, one tablespoon flaxseed, one tablespoon chia seeds, glutamine (for muscle recovery), and a splash of orange juice.” After she works out in the morning, she “makes enough protein shake so that I can have some extra after my workout along with two eggs and whole-wheat toast.”

For snacks, she also sticks to something healthy, saying: “I usually keep something in my car to snack on like walnuts or almonds. I usually drink coffee, but since I mentioned cutting back on dairy, I’ve been substituting my double dirty chai at Starbucks for an unsweetened green tea.” When it comes to temptations, it’s got to be cheese. The actress loves cheese a lot! But as she said, she needs to fight her craving. For lunch, she instead orders “grilled chicken with brown rice, spinach with garlic, and pesto dressing on the side.”
