Élodie Yung Diet Plan

Elodie Yung

French actress Elodie Yung had her career beginnings in the early 2000s. Her initial works were in French television and film. She starred on the French shows La vie devant nous and Les Bleus. In the 2010s, she ventured into Hollywood beginning with the movie The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. She next played Jinx in G.I. Joe: Retaliation. Her subsequent movies were 10 Things I Hate About Life, Still, and Narcopolis. She gained mainstream fame recently thanks to her role as Elektra Natchios in Netflix’s Daredevil. She reprised her role in The Defenders. She’s also portrayed the role of Hathor in the movie Gods of Egypt. This year, she starred in the film The Hitman’s Bodyguard.

Judging by her amazing physique, it’s obvious that the French beauty practices healthy habits. In an interview, she was asked how she practiced beauty inside and out. She said: “I’m forced to pay more attention to what I eat now, as I have a lot of food intolerances! So, I had to stop having my ideal food day a few months ago; I now eat a lot of vegetables, cut out the sugar (no more pains au chocolat for me!), drink a lot of water, and I go to yoga or barre classes a few times a week. I also walk a lot; I’m used to it, as a Parisian!”

She also makes it a point to start her day healthy. She does so by having a healthy breakfast. She shared: “In the morning, I have gluten-free oats that I cook in coconut milk with chia seeds, and I add blueberries to it. That’s my LA diet. The moment I’m in Paris, it’s café and croissant, pain au chocolat and chouquettes.” She also loves salad, saying: “The perfect salad is a simple tomato salad with garlic and olive oil.”
