Biography:

Elizabeth Debicki was born on August 1990 in Paris, France. She and her family relocated to Melbourne when she was five. As a child, she was interested in ballet and trained as a dancer, eventually deciding to switch to theatre.

She attended the University of Melbourne’s Victorian College of the Arts and completed a degree in drama in 2010. She made her film debut the following year in the movie A Few Best Men.

In 2013, she became internationally well-known for her role as Jordan Baker in the film The Great Gatsby.
