Diana Glenn was born on March 13, 1974 in Sydney, Australia. She took art courses at the Monash University and Melbourne University. As a professional actress, she first became known for her role as Shannon Jones in Neighbours in 1998, then as Jemima on the Australian TV series The Secret Life of Us in 2005. She next played Chloe in the Australian series Satisfaction.

She left the show after two seasons. She simultaneously starred in another TV drama Canal Road in 2008. Afterwards, she took the lead role in the crime series Carla Cametti PD. Other prominent roles on the small screen are in The Elephant Princess, Home and Away, The Slap, and Secrets and Lies. As a movie star, she has acted in such feature films as Oyster Farmer, Somersault, and Black Water, all Australian films.
