Biography:

David Giuntoli was born on June 18, 1980 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. After high school, he attended Indiana University at Bloomington. It was there that he finished a degree in International Business and Finance. In 2003, he made his debut appearing as a regular cast in the MTV show Road Rules: South Pacific. He was then declared the winner of the show Real World/Road Rules Challenge: The Gauntlet.

A few years later, he made guest appearances on such TV shows as Ghost Whisperer, Veronica Mars, and Grey’s Anatomy. His then played Jacob in five episodes of Privileged. In 2009, he made his film debut in Weather Girl. He later starred in the MTV film Turn The Beat Around. From 2011 to 2017, he became famous for his lead role of Detective Nick Burkhardt/Grimm in NBC series Grimm.
