Hollywood star Cristin Milioti had had career beginnings in the mid-2000s. She first debuted in an episode of the CBS series 3 lbs in 2006. That same year, she appeared as Catherine Sacrimoni in 3 episodes of The Sopranos. Afterward, she had her first film role in 2007’s Greetings from the Shore. Her next role was in the 2009 movie Year of the Carnivore. She continued her work on television with guest roles in The Unusuals, The Good Wife, 30 Rock, and Nurse Jackie.

At the same time, she had performances in the movies Sleepwalk with Me, I Am Ben, The Brass Teapot, and Bert and Arnie’s Guide to Friendship. She also played Teresa Petrillo Belfort in 2013’s The Wolf of Wall Street. She gained wider recognition after it was announced that she got the role of The Mother in the hit sitcom How I Met Your Mother, which she played from 2013 to 2014.

Following this, she had roles in the independent films The Occupants and It Had to Be You. She went on to play her first lead role on television — as Zelda Vasco in the short-lived series A to Z. She subsequently played Whitney in The Mindy Project and Betsy Solverson in Fargo. More recently, she guest-starred in an episode of Black Mirror and played Frankie in the web series No Activity. She will star in the upcoming web series Modern Love. Meanwhile, her most recent film role was in 2017’s Breakable You.

Apart from her healthy diet, the actress stays in shape by sticking to an active lifestyle. Exercising has since been a part of her routine, which she enjoys. To avoid getting bored, she switches things up; from cardio to yoga, Pilates and stretches. She also loves to run. Whenever she’s busy and can’t attend a gym class, she runs to make up for it.
