Hollywood star Sarah Jones had her career beginnings in 2004, debuting in an episode of Medical Investigation. She next had one-time roles in Cold Case and Judging Amy. Afterward, she acted in the TV movie Sixty Minute Man. Her first notable role on the small screen was as Leah in the Showtime series Huff. She also played Brynn in 9 episodes of the HBO series Big Love. Around the same time, she had her first film role in Cain and Abel.

She next had performances in the movies The Blue Hour and Still Green. After appearing in the TV film Murder 101: College Can Be Murder, Jones starred in the short-lived show The Wedding Bells. She next had a recurring character in the FX series The Riches. In 2009, she starred in the television films Love Takes Wing and Love Finds a Home, as well as played Polly Zobelle in Sons of Anarchy.

Jones’ first lead role was in the short-lived series Kendra. Afterward, she starred as Mia Rizzo in the CBS series Vegas, then played Pauline Wykoff in the miniseries Texas Rising. She continued her prolific television career with starring roles in the TV shows The Path and Damnation. She currently stars as Tracy Stevens in the Apple TV+ series For All Mankind. Also in the 2010s, she had performances in the films Mr. Jones and Return to Zero. She was cast for a role in the upcoming film Chemical Hearts.

Sarah Jones keeps her body fit and healthy by sticking to a nutritious diet plan. She’s already cut back on sugar and even dairy products. She’s also reduced her consumption of red meat. Instead, she adds more lean proteins and fiber into her diet, eating fish and veggies mostly. She snacks on fruits and almonds, as well as eat more whole grains to feel full for longer. Once in a while, she indulges in some sweets and fast food but only in moderation.
