Biography:

Cara Buono was born on March 1, 1974 in The Bronx, New York City, New York, U.S.. She is a graduate of Columbia University. After her graduation, she began her acting career by performing onstage. Soon, she moved into television and film, making her theatrical debut in the 1992 feature Gladiator.

She then established a prolific career on television, playing her first significant role as Grace Foster in Third Watch (2004-2005). She next played Kelli Moltisanti in HBO’s The Sopranos (2006-2007). In 2010, she rose to further stardom for her portrayal of Faye Miller in Mad Men. As a film actress, she has appeared in Kicking and Screaming, Happy Accidents, Hulk, and A Good Marriage, among others.
