Biography:

Boyd Holbrook was born on 1 September 1981 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky, United States. While working as a carpenter for Jenny Wiley Theatre he got an offer to become a model and was signed with Elite Models. Since then he has modeled for prominent brands. This includes Gucci, Hugo Boss, Calvin Klein, Moschino, and many others. Wanting to pursue acting as well, he attended William Esper Studio where he was under the Meisner Acting Program.

In 2008, he made his debut as Denton Smith in the movie Milk. He next made his television debut on The Unusuals. In the 2010s, he became more prolific on the big screen. During this period, he had notable roles in the films The Reunion, The Host, A Walk Among the Tombstones, and Gone Girl. He next played Danny Maguire in Run All Night and starred as Vic Owen in Jane Got a Gun. This year, he starred as Donald Pierce in the film Logan. From 2015 to 2016, he also starred as Steve Murphy in Narcos.
