Biography:

Ayushmann Khurrana was born on September 14, 1984 in Chandigarh, India. He attended DAV College where he majored in English Literature. He also completed his Masters in Communication from the School of Communication Studies, Panjab University.

He has been active in theatre for five years and has won awards for his work in stage productions, including a Best Actor award for playing Ashwatthama in Dharamvir Bharati’s Andha Yug.

In 2012, he made his Bollywood debut with Shoojit Sircar’s Vicky Donor. The film was successful and he received Filmfare Awards for Best Male Debut and Best Male Playback Singer.
