Aubrey Peeples Diet Plan

Aubrey Peeples

Hollywood star Aubrey Peeples had her career beginnings in the late 2000s. Her first acting gig was in the TV movie Ace Ventura Jr.: Pet Detective. In the 2010s, she first had guest appearances on such TV shows as Drop Dead Diva, Charlie’s Angels, Burn Notice, and Necessary Roughness. She next starred in the TV film Sharknado.

Her first notable character on the small screen was as Layla Grant in Nashville. While working on the show, she made her big-screen debut in the movie Rage. She then landed the lead role in the film Jem and the Holograms. She had also appeared in two episodes of the series Recovery Road. This year, she starred in the movie Heartthrob.

The 24-year-old actress tries her best to stay in shape by sticking to healthy foods. Most of the time, she tries her best to avoid eating processed and junk foods. When asked about her ideal food the entire day in an interview, she said:

“For breakfast, probably some sort of smoothie or smoothie bowl with a bunch of vegetables blended in that I magically can’t taste at all. I normally make a smoothie bowl with lots of bananas and strawberries, a scoop of vegan protein powder, some spinach, and coconut or cashew milk as the base, topped with strawberry halves, chia seeds, shredded coconut, and some drizzled peanut butter. For lunch, some sort of vegan burrito bowl or salmon, couscous and veggies.”

She went on to say: “For dinner, I’m a sucker for sushi and ramen. I try to do two meals a day vegan or vegetarian, but the main thing stopping me from making it to three is sushi. For snacks, I’ll do pumpkin seeds, apples, granola, or hummus. And for dessert, obviously chocolate cake. When it comes to dessert I tend to have no rules. Same with my Mom’s spaghetti.”
