Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor comes from a family of film producers. During his initial years, he worked behind the camera for such films as Kal Ho Naa Ho and Wanted. Finally in 2012 he began his acting career with a lead role in the romantic thriller film Ishaqzaade. This proved to be a strong debut for the actor as the film was both a commercial and critical success. He even got a Filmfare Award nomination for Best Male Debut for this. He next starred in the film Aurangzeb. His performances in the films Gunday and 2 States earned him further prominence. He next starred in the English-language Indian feature Finding Fanny. His most recent work were in 2015’s Tevar and 2016’s Ki & Ka.

Standing at 6’0, the actor surely has a masculine and a ripped physique. His debut in the movie Ishaqzaade was actually the one that motivated him to lose weight and bulk up a bit. To lose weight and be fit, he would do warm-up exercises as part of his routine. He would follow this with cardio exercises and weight training. Circuit training was also an important factor in his overall regimen. It still is important up to now, of course. During his last days, he would follow circuit training with a high intensity crossfit workout regimen for 20 minutes every day.

The purpose of this is to lose excess fat and achieve a well-sculpted figure. Even up to present the actor still performs a crossfit regimen alongside his regular workout. This ensures that he stays in shape and maintains his lean physique. The actor’s secret in all this? Patience and discipline. He shares that it does take a long time to be able to get a healthier and leaner body. But as long as you have the heart and the mind to undergo a rigorous training, then anything is possible.
