It was in 2001 that American actress Alyson Stoner got her career start. She made her debut as Sally in the TV show Mike’s Super Short Show. In 2003, she made her cinematic debut as Sarah Baker in the movie Cheaper by the Dozen. She reprised her role in the 2005 sequel Cheaper by the Dozen 2. Being a dancer, she played Camille Gage in the movie Step Up. She next played the lead in the film Alice Upside Down. Back on television, she played Max in the Disney series The Suite Life of Zack & Cody.

She then voiced Isabella in the animated series Phineas and Ferb. She became further known for playing Caitlyn Gellar in the Disney TV movie Camp Rock. She reprised her role in Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam. In the 2010s, she mostly worked as a voice actress. She also acted in the TV movie Expecting Amish. She’s also reprised her role as Camille in Step Up 3D and Step Up: All In. Other films are Summer Forever and Mr. Invincible.

The 24-year-old actress takes care of her health by being active most of the time. Being a professional dancer, she’s into being mobile almost 24/7. She loves sports, outdoor activities, and all kinds of workouts, which is why she looks so slim and fit. Her physique is also nicely toned. In an interview, Alyson talked about her super active lifestyle, which starts with sports. She said:

“We just love sports—it’s kind of crazy…I wish I could still play soccer like I did, but it’s something I have to practice every day to really keep up. I’m used to using my arms throughout the day, but when you have to use your legs to dribble the soccer ball, it’s really not easy. ” She also unwinds by going for a run. She revealed: “The first thing I do is I go for a run. If I can’t clear my head going on a run, then I’ll go and play basketball and if I can’t do that, then I go and write music. Exercising clears everything out and just helps me chill.”
