Biography:

Alden Ehrenreich was born on November 22, 1989 in Los Angeles, California, United States. He started acting at an early age, being active in schools. After finishing high school, he chose to enroll at New York University, though he didn’t complete his degree. Steven Spielberg was the one who discovered him when he attended a friend’s bat mitzvah reception.

This led him to have guest roles on Supernatural and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. In 2009, he made his film debut in Francis Ford Coppola’s Tetro. Coppola next cast him in his 2011 movie Twixt. He was then noticed for his performance in the film Beautiful Creatures. He next starred in Woody Allen’s Blue Jasmine and Joel Coen & Ethan Coen’s Hail, Caesar!. He will play the young Han Solo in the upcoming Han Solo film.
