Biography:

Aditi Gowitrikar was born on May 21, 1974 in Panvel, India. She first gained recognition after winning the Gladrags Megamodel contest in 1996. She then won Mrs. India and competed in the Mrs. World pageant, which she went on to win in 2001.

As a result of her wins, she worked as a model, appearing in several ads for such companies as Ponds and Coca Cola. Her first film appearance was with the 1999 movie Thammudu. Her next film was the 2002 feature Soch.

She has since appeared in other motion pictures including 16 December, Baaz: A Bird in Danger, Dhund: The Fog, Paheli, Victoria No. 203: Diamonds Are Forever, De Dana Dan, Bheja Fry 2 and Hum Tum Shabana.
