Biography:

Josh Hutcherson was born on October 12, 1992 in Union, Kentucky, USA. He and his family moved to Los Angeles when he was nine to pursue his acting ambitions.

His acting debut was in the 2002 pilot episode House Blend. In 2005, he appeared in numerous Hollywood films, including in the comedy Kicking & Screaming, Little Manhattan, Zathura: A Space Adventure, among others.

He had his breakthrough in the critically acclaimed film The Kids Are Alright in 2010. He then gained international recognition when he landed the role of Peeta Mellark in the 2012 film The Hunger Games.
