Indian actress Vaani Kapoor first worked as a model. She eventually chose to pursue acting under Yash Raj Films. She signed a contract with the company agreeing to star in three films. In 2013, she began her career as an actress. She made her debut in the Hindi film Shuddh Desi Romance. Her first acting job went well, earning her recognition among audiences. She even won the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut. The following year, she starred in the Tamil feature Aaha Kalyanam. This also served as her Tamil debut. Her latest movie is the romantic-drama Befikre where she starred opposite Ranveer Singh. It was recently released in December 2016.

The 28-year-old actress may be new in the acting industry, but she’s already creating a buzz as an actress thanks to her remarkable debut. Standing at 5’8, she also notable for her slender, modelesque figure. Aside from her amazing genes, the actress maintains her slim body by eating healthy. She eats right most of the time and exercises whenever she can. Though she hasn’t reached her 30s yet, she already knows how vital it is to take care of her body. For her, it’s not just even looking thin, it’s also about feeling healthy and having enough energy to work all day.

That is why she practices proper nutrition into her lifestyle. She mostly eats foods high in proteins, complex carbs and fruits and veggies for their antioxidants. She knows that by eating healthy, she not only looks good, she also feels good. Though she admits that she’s a food lover and that she eats almost all kinds of foods, she makes sure that most of what she eats are healthy. In an interview she said: “I am a big foodie, so I don’t diet at all. Though, I eat everything in moderation and drink a lot of water.”
