Biography:

Shweta Tiwari was born on October 4, 1980 in Uttar Pradesh, India. She attended Burhani College, Mazgaon, Mumbai where she completed her degree in college. In 1999, her acting career started with Kaleerein.

She then gained recognition for her role as Anita in the television serial Kaahin Kissii Roz. She went on to receive further fame for her portrayal of Preeti in the long-running soap Kasautii Zindagii Kay, which ran from 2001 to 2008.

She has since appeared in several television serials including Daddy Samjha Karo, Kya Hadsaa Kya Haqeeqat – Kabzaa, Kya Hadsaa Kya Haqeeqat – Kohra, Naaginn – Waadon Ki Agniparikshaa, Jaane Kya Baat Hui and many others.
