Ron Livingston

Ron Livingston was born on June 5, 1967 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, USA. He attended Yale University where he received B.A. degrees in Theater and English. He then relocated to Chicago where he became involved in the local theater scene.

In 1992, he appeared in his first film, Straight Talk. He then moved to Los Angeles where he was cast in supporting roles in Some Folks Call it a Sling Blade and The Low Life.

He gained wider recognition when he landed the male lead in the 1999 film Office Space. In 2001, he played Captain Lewis Nixon in the HBO miniseries Band of Brothers.
