Actress Rebecca Mader got her start in the early 2000s. She made her debut in an episode of the sitcom Madigan Men. In the next few years, she landed guest roles on such TV shows as Third Watch and Third Watch. She also landed starring roles on soap operas, such as the part of Morgan Gordon in All My Children and Margaret Cochran in One Life to Live. Meanwhile, she made her film debut in Mimic 3: Sentinel, followed by the TV movie Samantha: An American Girl Holiday. She then appeared in the films The Devil Wears Prada and Great World of Sound.

After some more guest appearances, she joined the main cast of the show Justice as Alden Tuller. Her first notable role on the small screen was as Charlotte Lewis in the ABC series Lost. During this period, she also had roles in the films The Men Who Stare at Goats, Ceremony, and The Big Bang. She went on to have a recurring role as Victoria Morrow in the show No Ordinary Family plus she starred as Grace Hudson in the short-lived series Work It. More recently, she became widely known for playing Zelena in the ABC series Once Upon a Time, which she played from 2014 to 2018.

The 41-year-old actress stays in shape by following a clean and well-rounded diet. She does so not only to stay slim but to feel great overall. This is why she mostly eats nutritious foods, usually avoiding processed foods. She stays away from sugar, carbs, and anything unhealthy. Luckily for her, it’s not that hard to stay clean as far as her diet is concerned. Speaking of her diet, she consumes lean proteins, whole grains, and fiber-rich foods like vegetables and fruits most of the time. From time to time, she also indulges her cravings but only in moderation.
