Rana Daggubati is an Indian actor and producer. Prior to his acting career, he worked as a visual effects coordinator, as well as created his own production company. In 2010, he made his acting debut in the Telugu film Leader. He won the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut – South for his work here. The following year, he had his first Hindi role in Dum Maaro Dum. He was nominated for the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut for his performance in the film. His acting in the 2012 film Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum also got him a SIIMA Award for Best Actor.
