Biography:

Pauley Perrette was born on March 27, 1969 in New Orleans, Louisiana, U.S. She studied criminal justice at the Valdosta State University in Valdosta, Georgia. She later moved to New York City to attend John Jay College of Criminal Justice.

She has also worked for years in film and television, but it was in 2001 that she had her first recurring character in the television series Special Unit 2 where she played the role of Alice Cramer.

This led to her breakthrough role of Abby Sciuto in the crime drama NCIS, which she has been playing since 2003.
