Biography:

Paul Bettany was born on May 27, 1971 in Shepherd’s Bush, London, UK. He began acting on stage and later on the big screen making his debut in the 1997 movie Bent. That same year, she made his first TV appearance in Sharpe’s Waterloo. He made his Hollywood debut as Geoffrey Chaucer in A Knight’s Tale, which earned him recognition. He next starred as Charles Herman in A Beautiful Mind, getting him further prominence.

In the next few years, he starred in some well-known movies, including Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World, The Reckoning, Dogville, Wimbledon, The Da Vinci Code, The Secret Life of Bees, and The Young Victoria. In the 2010s, he continued his career in the feature films Legion, The Tourist, Priest, and Mortdecai. He’s also known as the voice of J.A.R.V.I.S. in Iron Man 2, The Avengers, and Iron Man 3. He made his directorial debut in 2014’s Shelter.
