Biography:

Nicollette Sheridan was born on November 21, 1963 in Worthing, Sussex, England. Her acting debut came in 1984 when she appeared in the primetime soap Paper Dolls. It was, however, her role as Paige Matheson in Knots Landing that marked her breakthrough.

She has since appeared in other television programs including Paradise, The Legend of Tarzan, Static Shock, Will & Grace and Becker. From 2004 to 2009, she became widely known as Edie Britt in Desperate Housewives.

For her performance in Desperate Housewives, she received a Golden Globe Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress in 2005. Additionally, she has starred in the films Beverly Hills Ninja and Jewtopia.
