Biography:

Namitha Pramod was born on September 19, 1994 in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India. She began her acting career by starring in a number of television serials including Ente Manasaputri, Vellankanni Mathavu, and Amme Devi.

She then moved on to film, making her debut in the 2011 movie Traffic where she played the role of Riya. The following year, she starred as Thamara in the Malayalam feature Puthiya Theerangal, for which she won the Amrita TV Film Award for New Face of the Year.

She has since appeared in other Malayalam feature films including Sound Thoma, Pullipulikalum Aattinkuttiyum, and in the upcoming movies Law Point and Vikramadityan.
