Maeve Dermody is an Australian actress. She debuted in the 1993 Australian film Breathing Under Water. After a long hiatus, she pursued a full-time career as an actress. She next made her TV debut on White Collar Blue. She guest-starred on All Saints and Monarch Cove, as well as acted in the film Black Water. This was followed by a role in the film Beautiful Kate. In the 2010s, she starred in the feature Griff the Invisible, after which she performed on the miniseries Paper Giants: The Birth of Cleo. More recently, she pursued a career in the UK, acting on the BBC miniseries And Then There Were None. Following this, she had a role in the movie 2:22. She next played Grace Gibson on Marcella and Prudence Sumner on Ripper Street.
