Hollywood actress Linda Cardellini started her career in the 1990s. She made her debut in the television series Bone Chillers. She next had notable roles in the TV shows Guys Like Us and Boy Meets World. She later became further known for playing Lindsay Weir in Freaks and Geeks. The rest of the decade also saw her appear in the films Good Burger, Dead Man on Campus, Strangeland, and The Prince and the Surfer.

In the 2000s, she had supporting roles in the movies Legally Blonde and The Unsaid. She went on to play Velma Dinkley in Scooby-Doo and its sequel Scooby-Doo. She next starred as Cassie Cartwright in Brokeback Mountain. She was also best known for playing Samantha Taggart in ER. At the beginning of the 2010s, she did a lot of voice work on television. She also played Sylvia Rosen in Mad Men and Meg Rayburn in Bloodline. In addition, she portrayed Laura Barton in Avengers: Age of Ultron and starred as Sara Whitaker in Daddy’s Home and Daddy’s Home 2.

The 43-year-old actress maintains her health and fitness by sticking to an active lifestyle. She makes sure that she has time to exercise as this helps her not only keep her healthy weight, it also helps her improve her mood. She also brings the gym at her home by buying some equipment of her own. She said: “I have an elliptical machine at my house that I placed between the kitchen and the couch. So I can’t sit there and eat bonbons on the couch — I’ve got to get up and work out.”

The actress said that she manages to stay in shape by keeping herself motivated. For one, she doesn’t want to gain weight, so that’s a pretty solid motivation for her to work out regularly. She said: ” I concentrate on my thinspiration and keep motivated. I stand on my head for ten minutes a day and do 50 push ups and 60 sit ups everyday without fail.”
