Hollywood star Kiersey Clemons had her beginnings in the 2010s. She first debuted on television, appearing in an episode of Shake It Up. She went on to make one-episode roles in Bucket & Skinner’s Epic Adventures, Good Luck Charlie, and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. Her first recurring character was as Kira Starr in the Disney series Austin & Ally. She next starred in the Disney Channel Original Movie Cloud 9.

At the same time, she played Bianca in 9 episodes of the Amazon series Transparent. In 2015, she had her cinematic debut in the movie Dope. That same year, she starred as Sophia Preston in the short-lived series Eye Candy. She also played the recurring role of Lucy in the sci-fi series Extant. Following this, she appeared as Chase in 3 episodes of the show Easy. Clemons became more active on the big screen.

During this period, she had performances in the films Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising and The Only Living Boy in New York. She went on to join the main cast of the film Flatliners, a remake of the 1990 film of the same name. In 2018, she played Maria Charo in the TBS series Angie Tribeca. She simultaneously had roles in the films Little Bitches, Hearts Beat Loud, and An L.A. Minute. More recently, she had performances in the movies Sweetheart and Lady and the Tramp.

The 26-year-old actress maintains a healthy body through an active lifestyle. She also exercises as part of her routine. More often, she just does the basics — running, swimming, and other sports, just to make sure she’s moving. She also likes to mix routines and try new things. In an interview, she revealed she got into a pole dancing class.

“I recently signed up for pole dancing. We’re all half naked, we’re all different sizes and ages, and we’re all kind of insecure, so we encourage each other. It’s fun. That’s probably what’s keeping me fit considering I’m eating chocolate in my sleep,” said the actress.
