Hollywood star Kelsey Chow had her career beginnings in 2005, debuting as Gigi in The CW series One Tree Hill. She played the said role recurrently until 2009. At the same time, she guest-starred in The Suite Life of Zack & Cody. Afterward, she made her film debut in the independent movie My Sweet Misery. In the 2010s, she appeared in the Disney Channel Original Movie Matisse Burrows.

She also got her starring role as Mikayla Makoola in the Disney XD series Pair of Kings, which she played from 2010 to 2013. She later appeared in the reality/game shows Disney’s Friends for Change Games and Punk’d. In 2012, she played Sally Avril in The Amazing Spider-Man. Her next roles were in The Wine of Summer and Run. From 2015 to 2016, she became further known for her role as Tracy Stewart in Teen Wolf.

At the same time, she played the part of Zara in the film Full of Grace. She next starred in the short-lived series Embeds, as well as starred in the TV movie Brimming with Love. In 2018, she played Ashley in two episodes of the comedy series Splitting Up Together. She currently stars as Monica Dutton in the drama series Yellowstone. On the big screen, her latest role was in 2017’s Wind River.

The 28-year-old actress maintains a slender figure by being health conscious. Apart from her exercise routine, she stays in shape by eating clean, whole foods. Most of the time she does. Her diet plan typically consists of lean proteins, complex carbs, healthy fats, and fiber-rich foods like fruits and vegetables. When she’s not busy, she makes an effort to make homemade meals using healthy ingredients. She also tries her best to order healthy foods even when eating out. She admits, though, that she’s a terrible cook and that she opts Chinese food as her go-to meal.
