English celebrity Kaya Scodelario first came to prominence on UK television during her teens. This was after landing her breakthrough role of Effy Stonem on Skins. After this, she focused on working on the big screen. She made appearances in the films Moon, Clash of the Titans, and Shank. She then portrayed Catherine Earnshaw in the movie adaptation of Wuthering Heights. She went on to play the titular character in the movie The Truth About Emanuel. She then became internationally known for her starring role in the movie The Maze Runner as Teresa Agnes. She reprised her role in the sequel Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials, released in 2015. She will star in the upcoming Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales. She will also reprise her role as Teresa in Maze Runner: The Death Cure.

The young actress just recently became a mom to a son with husband, actor Benjamin Walker. Just some weeks after giving birth, she surprised her fans with her svelte figure. True enough, Kaya is still young and it’s her first child, so it’s highly likely that she’ll regain her pre-pregnancy body. But still, she was able to achieve this by following a generally healthy lifestyle. Even before, the English beauty has taken it upon herself to live well. She mostly eats healthy and she exercises as often as she could.

Even when she got busy with her Hollywood career, she would always find time to work out. This could be as simple as taking cardio exercises, dancing and many more. Now she’s starting to appreciate yoga as it gives her the physical and mental balance that she needs. Her role in The Maze Runner films also motivated her to be more active when it comes to working out. In the films, she had to do a lot of intense, action-oriented scenes that required her to strong and agile.
